What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type in. When you use the booking form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number. We also record whether you opted in to SMS messages at the time you submitted the form.

We do not collect payment card numbers or any financial information through this site.

How we use it

We use the information from the contact form to reply to your enquiry. We use the information from the booking form to schedule your appointment and to send you confirmation and reminder messages if you opted in to those. Your details are stored in our customer-relationship system, which is accessible only to the people who work at Copperline Plumbing.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

SMS and phone numbers

Phone numbers collected on this site, and any SMS consent you give, are used only to send messages to you. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Live chat widget

This site includes a live-chat widget operated by our messaging provider. When you open the chat and type a message, that text is received by the messaging provider's system as well as by us. Please do not include sensitive personal information in chat messages.
